Just a short entry to finish this trip off. We spent 2 nights on the Tanami. The first night at Wolfe Creek meteorite crater, which was amazing. The road was good. We bought fuel in aboriginal communities. No problems finding camping spots, but of course no facilities. It became colder each night, ending up freezing in Alice Springs.
Visited Chambers pillar on the way home, the worst roads we met on the trip between Alice and Finke.
Camped at the geographical centre of Australia (near Finke).
Headed home on the bitumen of the Stuart highway. Arrived home early July.
